Thanks Yathin ! Texas is for more liberal in speed limits I guess ! Too many trucks crowd the streets here and +10 of speed limit is very common here.

you need a CA license. You just have to take the written test.

I was in the bay area, there are a lot of good places to shoot.

BTW you own a car/rent a car/or company car.
If its no 2, be aware that rentals are expensive in California(lots of taxes, esp at the airport!)
