I've been meaning to check that one out. I've been playing AVP2 on PC and it's pretty cool. Jim has Day of Defeat on his computer, which kicks all kinds of ass.

that day of defeat looks killer. I like Splinter cell because it is slow moving and very stealth. Hell I sneak up on people in the dark and take em out while I am watching through nightvision or heat vision. Though last night I was hiding on a catwalk and I thought I saw movement near this doorway and so I took the shot and sniped this guy in the head at about 100yds and he dropped like a sack of potatoes, I giggled like a little kid it rocked, then I had to go take his body and hide it so he wouldn't be found. In some parts you can't take lethal action you can only knock opponents out with a buttstroke to the head, any lethal action and they scrap the mission.

The big difference with DoD as opposed to most other shooters is you've gotta be spot-on with your aim, because the larger weapons (BAR, Bren, MG42) recoil all over the place and some of the rifles (Mauser, Enfield) are bolt-action, so spray and pray just doesn't work.

I'm gonna have to pick up Splinter Cell (which version do you have) because I see it in the used bins at GameStop all the time. The other one I'm playing is Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow which is WAY better than its predecessors. You also get night vision and heat vision, but way more toys >:) Mmmmhmmmm- I do love the grenade launchers- plus different types of grenades.
