I cut but forgot to paste what Laz had to say in the Facebook group in case you're not on Facebook, when I replied last night.
"Wow. Again people pretend to know what is really going on. I am closing the club because I can no longer financially support it, not because a few people had complaints. Sheesh. People pretend to be Funhaus supporters and then so quickly change thier tune based on lies, rumours, and false facts. FACT: It costs $40,000 a month to run Funhaus and it doesn't pull in enough to make it work. Discounted booze, no cover on fridays, etc make it a poor business plan. If i charged cover on Fridays and made the booze regular price to save the club most of you guys probably wouldnt be there. Maybe there is chance it will sell and be able to survive, but under the current circumstances, Feb 2 will be the last party. The last party is ALL AGES so everyone can attend. Stop hating young people who are the future of the scene."
