My sponsor and I are going to the city tonight. Part of me thinks "We must be nuts." But most of me thinks "I LIVE 40 MILES AWAY FROM THE BIGGEST ELECTION RESULTS PARTY EVER - I'm nuts NOT to go." I'm going to have to disagree with you -- Obama pretty much does have this in the bag. McCain is SEVERELY behind in electoral votes, to the point he has to win every swing state, every leaning Obama state, and one more hard democratic state in order to win.

It's just...not going to happen. McCain really doesn't have a chance today.

Deep down I think we all knew it. I personally didn't want to set myself up for disappointment by being "overconfident."

But none of that matters now. :D
