Thanks! I think I was pretty much the only one who didn't read the prompt as cracky. I hope the original prompter wasn't expecting crack and humor, because then this fic would be an epic fail.

This was amazing. Heartbreakingly beautiful and touchingly hopeful at the same time. The ending was perfect. One of my favorite fics in the fandom.

Loved it! Loved how everything still felt somehow believable even with the strange premiss. Also loved how Mycroft and Sherlock interacted with John. :-)
