it's amazing how close you are to my sister's college. Don't worry - i've done the same thing with my wallet. once, when i was driving from albany back home i ran out of money...i had do to do the same thing you did. not fun.
but anyway, I'm driving up to visit my sister in october. when you get a better handle on your schedule, let me know what is a good weekend for you too and i'll come visit. hope temple is awesome! talk to you soon
