You arent supposed to stay on the jobseekers allowence after you get a job, plus £5 an hour for $45 hours equals rather more than £40, so even if you get NO jobseekers allowance (and its probably illegal to keep getting it) you'll be MUCH better off, probably earning more than me actually and i have 2 cars XD.

PS-Be on the dole for a year, and you go onto "New Deal". You REALLY dont want to do that, unless you like sitting in a room with out of date job papers amongst racists, chavs, farmers and ex-cons from 9-5 every weekday doing absolutley nothing

No it's £5 per hour for 4 hours per week. That's £40 every two weeks. I get about £120 every two weeks from Jobseekers. o_o;
