I saw someone die last night. Well I didn't so much see them die as I saw everything upto and including the event which lead to their immediate death. It was really interesting.

What the hell happened? You can't throw a bone like that out there without at least leaving some meat on it! C'mon! =)

Well, Sunday night just before 11pm dispatch called out to all the officers on patrol that there was a “high speed pursuit”(120mph) coming over the Cable Bridge from Kennewick into Pasco and that the Washington State Patrol was currently chasing the vehicle. Well it seemed like all the officers wanted in on it, especially the officer (Officer Deans) I was with. So we took off and joined up with all the other squad cars zigzagging through town. The vehicle we were chasing got on the highway and headed out toward Walla Walla. Well Pasco dispatched ahead to Walla Walla and the WWPD headed toward Pasco to head the car off. By then out on the highway the vehicle was up to 130mpr(+). At this point we were out by Boise Cascade. Unfortunately for the car we were chasing the WWPD put up a spike strip on the road, which isn’t a lovely thing to hit at 130mpr so they tried to avoid it by swerving off to the side. The swerve caused them to skid out a little and they clipped a power transformer that started to spark like crazy but it actually didn’
