I imagine that Harry is a fan of lots of fantasy/SF things. DW would just be one of the most obvious (like Star Trek).

And of course Harry is a Doctor Who fan. In a sense, it almost begs for a Dresden Files/Doctor Who crossover. Or a reply drabble where the Doctor is a fan of the exploits of Harry Dresden.
