Yay!!! This is SWEET!

I love it! (If you couldn't tell already.) After such an awful week that ended in the appearance of a boil the size of a "small mountain", (that the Merlin could see from more than a league away *snicker*) it's wonderfully perfect that Lord Bainbridge make her Queen for the day/evening. What a lovely, lovely fic!

Ah, but of course he knew. How could he not, when she herself could feel his presence as surely as if he had announced himself with applause and thunder?

Lol! Along with that, I could hear the, "Laaaa!" chorus of angels singing.

With that, he brushed a kiss upon her knuckles and then, rising, kissed her nose without hesitation. "Tonight there are no worries. You are my Queen and I your humble servant." He took the liberty of unfolding the dinner napkin and laying it across her lap, lingering a bit longer than any self-respecting servant would dare. This was awesome.

Poor Winifred. I liked the description of all of the things that went wrong, it was a good list of things that, all by themselves, would just be frustrating, but all together... a terrible week.
And the boil on her nose is the last straw.

I did like how she was walking around bundled in her cloak. Makes her more witchy :)

And Hrothbart must be psychic, to show up and give her that special treatment just as she needed it.
And as another note, I loved the touch of him kneeling before her and taking her shoes off. I think that there's no one else that he would do that for. No one.
That made it terribly awesome.

This is PERFECT! :D I loved it! Poor Winifred what a week...and the last straw was the boil! But I am glad she has Bob waiting for her always (yes I am in denial right now, I will wallow in her happiness of the moment and NOT think of the future).
But I am also all swooney as ja_bucc and a little bit jealous, I want a Bob too ;)!
This is so great that it not only made Winifred week better, but also mine, I am grinning like mad! :D Thank you!
