Pockwock Road is off of Hammonds Plains Road, so they can't be all that far away, although not necessarily within walking distance. I assume you don't anticipate troubles with the US customs folks for bringing plants into the country.
Alas, I won't be able to report on the fragrance of the roses all that well. First, they don't start blooming around here until the end of June, and second, I have barely been able to smell much of anything for many years now -- the consequence of several summers of pumping anhydrous ammonia from a large tank into a plastic jug all in a 95 degree F. closed space -- back when I ran a blueprinting machine to earn my bed and board... I might be a judge of potency (i.e. if I can smell it at all it must be very fragrant indeed), but I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to judge the nature of the fragrance that well.
That said, you and your lovely family are always welcome to visit -- I have plenty of space, and inflatable mattresses...
It's quite nice that prints aren't blue anymore. I've discovered/realized that the reason I like, and am exceedingly fast at, hidden object games is that it's like sitting down in front of a set of prints and doing a material take-off. Playing spot the difference is like sitting down with a set of revisions.
I'm more looking for strength of smell than quality. My former sister-in-law had some of the deepest red roses that I've ever seen. Absolutely no smell. Not even the smell of living things.
I've talked to the Opchee Garden Club but for the most part they don't do roses at all. There's also Davesgarden.com which doesn't have that much but I haven't looked that deeply either. I'm really tempted to join folia.com. It's like Ravelry for gardeners.
