Yeah, that is what I was figuring as well. She has her purse down, I'm assuming hoping that it is covering everything.

She is actually of age in the UK. She just turned 18 this past week. (4/15/90) I just doublechecked.

Yeah, that I feel too. (Which is strange, since I continued it by posting in my journal)

I honestly believe that she:

a. Did it on purpose to change her image

or

b. Really didn't realize that the purse wasn't holding down her dress.

That is what I'm hoping. She is pretty much a squeaky clean person, so I can only imagine the horror she feels now. *feels even more guilt*
