anne, this is a scene from the movie Risky Business. It was famous for this scene, where Tom Cruise's parents go away, and in order to "let loose," he plays "Old Time Rock N Roll" and dances in his underwear and dress shirt with sunglasses on.

He later has sex with a HOT Rebecca DeMornay on a train, and deals with prostitutes, drives his father's car into lake Michigan or some shit, and DOESN'T get into some Ivy League School.
