as a personal reflection, i never recommend that anyone take time off from school voluntarily, just because it's so easy to get used to the no-school-work thing...and then it gets comfortable...and then people never go back. it's just bad for the work-ethic as a whole. (and i know that at least my work ethic can't take any more beatings before it disappears entirely.)

but it's completely up to you, and i support you either way. :D
