So I'm at work..again (still?) I feel like maybe I never went home last night. Maybe I just stayed here the entire time and watched the snow fall until I fell asleep and then woke up and and got off the floor and sat right back down at this desk and started answering the phone again

Haha. I'm not trying to laugh at your misery, but I can so relate to:
a) the Wisconsin cold and
b) having people tell me their life stories on the phone. Only, it's me calling them and asking them for money for Beloit.
