I now own a house!
Well, technically I don't own a house yet, but my bid was accepted. If the inspection and loan application and all the other paperwork go well, in roughly 45 days I will own a house.

My new house is in Lakewood off of the Warren exit. It is a 10 minute walk to Melt, Chipotle, Record Exchange, the hospital, Malleys and Einsteins Bagels. It has 2 stories, a completely remodeled finished basement, a two car quasi-attached garage, a remodeled kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and two half baths, a smallish lot that is mostly fenced in, a 3 seasons porch, and an unfinished attic. There is a ridiculous amount of closet space, a fully updated electrical system. When I finally get around to buying the ridiculously huge television I deserve I can put in a large basement room that is the ultimate A/V geek wet dream as it has been set up to be a recording studio, complete with ample sound tiles, an attached recording booth and all the wiring.

Oh crap, I have so much work to do! Looks like I'm taking Monday off to get stuff lined up.
