Movie Review: In the Shadow of the Moon

Last night, xhollydayx, MelF and I went and saw In the Shadow of the Moon at the Cedar Lee. This new movie is a history of the Apollo program by the men who flew on the ships, with special emphasis on Apollo 8 (first to orbit the Moon), Apollo 11 (first men on the moon), Apollo 13 (disaster en route) and Apollo 15 (first mission with a rover). Thank you for this review. I now really want to see the movie because, like you, I want to be an astronaut someday. :-)

I'd be happy with just knowing that I could go into space for a vacation just like going to Australia or Europe. Might be pricey, but it could be done.

Although the D.D. Harriman approach has some appeal as well.
