What are you ripping them to? Lossless, or a high-bitrate mp3?

Also, how do you manage cover art?

192k KB MP3s. High enough quality that my ears can't detect a difference, and not too big.

Cover art is supposedly easy to do via iTunes for free. Failing that, manually by stealing from Amazon.
