Here are the three cheeses we had at
Three Birds.
11. Rosso Maccagno - 100% cows milk, from Italy. White. Very soft, softer than Brie. Smooth flavor. 6/10.
12. Abergavenny Harlech - British, but I don't think it's
this one. For starters, the one we had had dill in it, enough for it to be very markedly noticeable. It was quite tasty with an interesting flavor. We'd definitely get it again. 8.5/10.

Cypress Grove "Truffle Tremor" - from California, made from goats milk. Eh. Worst of the three, by a fair margin. It didn't taste like much of anything. 4/10.
