The director's cut of Daredevil is a whole lot better than the original. More than just a couple extra minutes of things that deserved to be cut, it has almost another hour of courtroom stuff, investigations, and, you now, actual story cohesion.
Punisher War Zone is hilariously awesome. And Incredible Hulk is well worth watching. You're not missing anything with Elektra, but Ghost Rider is worth checking out, as long as there is alcohol involved and an understanding that they did really intend to make it funny.
