We were in Detroit on Friday & Saturday. The ostensible purpose was to attend dmw7's pre-wedding luncheon at the Detroit Zoo, but let's not kid ourselves. We were really there so that xhollydayx could get a penguin fix! To our pleasant surprise, the Detroit Zoo's Penguinarium is one of the best penguin exhibits we have seen yet

We didn't see penguins in Australia, did we? Or did we? I forget....

We did at the Sydney Aquarium, certainly. Can't recall about Melbourne Zoo.
