Not much change from last year.
Reading Materials
- A renewal of my subscription to The Economist. I thought long and hard about this request. On the one hand, I like reading it a lot. On the other hand, it sucks up a huge chunk of my reading time every single week. On balance, I've decided it's like exercise: I enjoy it, it's good for me, and it's worth the time investment. Yep!
- The one Garrison Keillor "Good Poems" anthology I don't have is Good Poems for Hard Times. I have read it. - Thanks Mom & Dad!
Kitchen Stuff
- A salt & pepper grinder set.
- A rolling pin. - Thanks Mom & Dad!
- A baking stone.
- An ice cream scoop. - Thanks Mom & Dad!
- A really good crock pot cookbook. Alas, I have no specific recommendations on this. Any ideas? - My sister got me a Slow Cooking for Dummies book. Really.
- Possibly the Smitten Kitchen cookbook, if my sister thinks I would like it. - She thought I would!

- A print of Orpheus by Odilon Redon suitable for framing, or maybe even framed already!
- A print of this Egon Schiele work.
- A Grace Tong print.
Clothes
- An Oakland Athletics Jersey. Any color. Maybe even the crazy yellow alternates from this year. Or the much cheaper 1989 Rickey Henderson World Series jersey. Actually, buying these from MLB is asking to be fleeced.
- A US Olympic Hockey Team Jersey, 1980 Miracle on Ice edition (white). #9 Neal Broten? Or generic.

- The Decemberists album "Picaresque" (my ex took our copy) - Thanks Mom & Dad!

- The Sleater-Kinney album "No Cities to Love" - got it as a telethon premium.
