Goin' Mobile
I am in California. This is not inherently unusual given my stated baseball plans, but what is unusual is that this post is not pre-recorded. Instead, I am pecking it out on my new iPhone 7. Yes, 21 years after I first recall meeting someone with a phone (Kip, a quad mate freshman year, used the free late night calls to talk to his girlfriend) and ten years after smart phones became a thing, I finally broke down and got one.
M is thrilled. I am less so, but I admit that it is making short term planning on the road much easier. Alas, it does not make composing this post easier, as the official LJ app is pretty bad. Logging in via a web browser and pecking this out by hand proved much easier than doing it in the app, although sadly I was unable to figure out how to embed the titular video by The Who. Oh well.
