A few weeks ago I made tandoori chicken. I like risotto enough to slave over a stove for a few hours, but who really is excited about slaving over a stove in the summer heat? Fortunately, I have a slow cooker. Surely I can find a good risotto recipe that uses a slow cooker, right?

It is so simple to make that I will probably never purchase it at a restaurant again, as I'm not sure how it could be much better or easier than this recipe, which came from a piece of junk snail mail that I got from (weirdly) AllRecipes.com, which apparently came from their website.
