Okay...just so that it's on the record.  Social networking on the internet is either the best thing to happen in the evolution of human interaction or the worst thing.  I mean, on the plus side, you're speaking to people that you otherwise would never know existed who have a broad range of viewpoints.  On the down side...how much interaction can

It's no substitute for real-world social interaction, but the one great thing about talking to people on the internet is that if someone's being a jackass, you just click out of the window and poof, discussion over. A little harder to do that in real life.
