I've been having trouble for months with the garbage schedule. I put some stuff out this morning, and again it wasn't picked up. I was walking over to retrieve it when I saw a neighbor. It's easy enough Japanese, so I figured now was my chance to ask what day is for plastic garbage ( Read more... )

Haha, and for you, too, huh? Same here. The only place I've never had anyone be rude to me is Tokyo. It's a huge place; I'm sure there are jerks there. But I've been lucky enough not to encounter any.
