My father died at 6:20 pm, right about the time I left for the hospital.

still numb, have been for a while. just got home, john drove my van back here because his daughter left his car at my place so he could get back home.

the doctor prescribed one ativan for me and i will take it and my lyrica and go to bed.

my father is in the hospital again, has been since Sunday afternoon. the nursing home thought he had a bowel obstruction ( Read more... )

I'm still totally shocked by the cost of my new glasses. Without the sale prices I would have paid $235 more per pair for a total of $1210. If only I could afford laser surgery... at least then I'd only need reading glasses. The building I work in got hit by lightning today, a little less than an hour before I finished my shift. Apparently it gets hit from time to time in the summer because it's a) on a hill; and b) the tallest building around there. I just checked the prescriptions I picked up. They did not include the Lyrica. During my last appointment the doctor was going to double the Lyrica and he also prescribed only half of my usual breakthrough pain meds BECAUSE of doubling the Lyrica.
