Man ps2 is where it's at. I've got Shadow of the Colossus and Ico, and Romance of the 3 Kingdoms, and really what else do I need?

There was this guy I knew who said, "I got a bunch of ps2s from a pawn shop for $20 apiece, and I was going to re-sell them, but they only give you $20 at gamestop so I guess I'll have to sell them for that."

So I explained to him about how retail and resale price points are totally different, and how his point of competition isn't what the dude at a retail shop will give him, but rather what a dude at a retail shop will charge, and he just has to beat that by $10-$20 to be competitive. So he could quadruple his investment, no sweat. In hindsight man I could've cleaned him out of ps2s and made that 400% profit myself, but who cares about money. It was worth it to make the friend. :D

Plus there was a woman who owned a bike shop in England who told me that even if you can get a 300% markup on stuff, that doesn't make it ethical to do so. And that made me feel bad so I don't generally do that anymore ( ... )

That's like calling Final Fantasy 7 a game about snowboarding.

I don't know. After seeing more and more "well adjusted" married couples, I'm starting to think two is the loneliest number. X_X

Well adjusted and you still see dysfunction?

And well adjusted by who's definition?

Society's. Most "well adjusted" couples put on a very good front -- it's their home life where you see the disfunction.

This I can agree with completely. Most people that are considered a "normal, happy couple" are quite dysfunctional and unhappy.

I think I will end up being single because I don't want that sort of easy, noncommunicative relationship. I would prefer to challenge myself to love and accept someone completely than to "just deal with it" like so many "normal, happy couples."

OMG!!!! I miss my shirt so much :( I somehow "lost it" after some visits by my older sister and various old friends. I wouldn't be surprised if it was in their hamper after a drunken night of silliness (my sisters are prone to stealing from each other, all of us are ^_~).

I love how the tat artist is all "ooooh hey girrrrl" while tattooing.
