Yes, I've neglected my dear lj-friends on accounta five day straight work weeks on the closing shift. *le sigh* Retail sucks. But Lowe's pays well.
You should come out to Utah. We're currently experiencing spring (in response to your winter-themed posts), and Lowe's needs new souls - erm - people. If you promise to be a groveling minion, I'll find you a position that's friendly to your back, what you threw out EATING.

Awww shucks, Dear Leader, you humble me. I'll be a groveling minion to you anytime. :-)

My back is well recovered, however. I'm back to being as spritely a couch potato as you'll ever find.

My soul has already been ground into pulp, but I could still try piecing it together. What's sad is that retail would actually be a big step up from what I'm doing now.

I really should come out there. I need to get away from here for a while. Of course I'd pay for it later, but I'm half tempted to work my credit cards like dogs and just do all the traveling I want to do. Rhode Island and Utah, here I come!

Also: Wanted to inquire about other ways to reach you besides through ElJay. Don't remember what I was going to ask you that prompted this inquiry, but for now let's just say that I would like to be able to make sure more frequently of your not-dead-ness.
