i'll admit, i've been slack on LJ recently - and the price i've had to pay apparently is missing out on reading awesome little gems like this! i like the context you've taken the word 'flight' - it's not directly written, but there's so much in there that clearly implies it - amazing! that last line floored me. GUH.

aww thank bb, though i don't think i'm "back" so to speak, i'm afraid i'd be a lurker from now on since real life is moving pretty fast for me these days >< but hopefully i'll be "back", and know that whenever you need me i will be around, tho it might not seem like i am :)
