If this were my name, I'd have to go by my middle name because "Rake" definitely sounds like a male name, with the multiple connotations of the word.

Just out of curiosity, according to the US Social Security Administration's page on baby names:
Neither Track, Trig, nor Bristol are in the top 1000 names for either a boy or girl in the past 20 years.
Willow has been increasingly popular since first appearing in the top 1000 girls' names in 1998 at #853. In 2007, it was #430.
Piper has also been increasingly popular. It first appeared in the top 1000 girls' names in 1999 at #700 and in 2007 was #240.

Personally, I'm not too fond of last names as first names when there's no connection to the name. And I think it's dense to name your kids after a place you've never been. (What if you'd hate to either live there *or* visit it?)
Now I'm going to have to go look up my kids' names.
