Anxiety Attack

i keep having these damn anxiety attacks where i stop breathing and my heart rate feels like it tripples. im frigging 20 years old i shouldnt feel like this.. i shouldnt have this kind of stress. i dont want to be with dave anymore. hes pulling me down more than helping. in fact he dosnt do much of anything to help me out. roly helps me out more
