I won the senior concerto contest- I get to play with the Naples Symphony on November 11th. You should come. I have no idea how far away Naples is, but I am sure it's on the map. That is exciting! The trip was pretty fun except I was miserably sick the whole time. Bummer. But I played really well. I can safely say that I play my best either

cool! Did you ever have to perform after winning the Byrd. At the moment, all we have been told is that we may be requested to give a performance.

Once we got to play in November at the convention during one of the general meetings for teachers. I guess it just depends on scheduling or something.

So I assume you are in college with the collegiate Byrd- where do you go? I am graduating high school on tuesday and will go to Rice in Houston in the fall.
