Creepy, your neighbor sounds weird.

I know!!! He is a really nice guy, but he is always using his front yard for wierd stuff. It's not even like it's a beautiful yard with trees or anything. Just a regular, suburban yard. He is about 65 and really quite feeble, so I guess he's harmless. But I keep my distance.

Well, he sounds harmless, just a little quirky but still that is creepy.
