Please tell me that all this medical gobbledigook means that, as soon as the post-OP pain has abated, you will be cured from endometriosis and that it's not coming back.

Yes, that is what it means. ^__^ At least we hope so. It's a bit complicated for me to communicate at the moment, but while there is a chance it could come back, we do think it's gone for good.

That doesn't necessarily mean, however, that I'm in the clear. We haven't yet figured out if the adhesions he removed were to sole cause of my intestinal pain. It could be something wrong with the nerves around my colon, or a reaction to estrogen. In short: I have a bunch of tests to do and possibly a hysterectomy in my future. But not having any endo in my system anymore can do nothing but help. ^__^ There's a chance this could have been my last surgery.

If that's what you think, then I will think it as well. These are exceptionally good news, hun! Let's see what recovery can do for you now and then there will hopefully more good news in the near future for you.

Over the weekend I haven't had a chance to look into IM programs, but I'm on it.
