I woke this morning feeling happy and chipper to turn the news on and be hit with the rememberance of Katrina. Everyone I know that lives in South Louisiana has their own horror story of that event and each year it appears we will be reminded to look back. But do we really have to look that far back in time

I didn't give much thought to today until last night when i started having really bad dreams.
