You know my stories about FEMA, so know that I am really cheering for you.
If I was not the person I am, I would write into them again this year and say I was there for this flood and send them over to my old place again.
I sure could use the money.

I'm not overly impressed with FEMA. I had to borrow a tarp for my roof from a neighbor and I still go everyday to the 2 local National Guard sites searching for one to replace the one I'm using. Also, the FEMA guy was suppose to advise FEMA to bring me a tarp. Obviously .. he didn't. *frowns*
