The weather is getting colder in Idaho, which means mice are coming out of the fields and into our houses. We store bulk dog/cat food, books, laundry, and other mouse-popular features, in the rec room/laundry room. I do actually release them, though, in a field a couple of miles away near the airport. It's true they might not make it, but they've got a shot, and more importantly if they don't they'll make a meal for some other creature, which they will not in my trash.
