Chris,

We are going to be selling our weight machine pretty soon if you are interested. Email me or Tryn if you want it. Not sure what she wants for it but I know it will be a hell of a lot less than the $400 I paid for it...

No great rush. We weren't going to put the weight machine, the waterbed or the dining table in the paper until mid next month. We have to wait on getting the mattresses back from Keegan first.

If either you or Jen want to go back to school (which makes me happy), let me know which one(s) and I will find scholarship info, etc etc for y'all.

Also, all colleges use the FAFSA for financial aid - you need to get it filled in by June 30th if you want to be in the forefront for next year's schooling. If you need more info, let me know!

Re: shoulder and arm exercises. If you want to combine your two favorite hobbies, I'll build you a 8/9-ish foot pole out of the heavier 1 1/2 inch bamboo core I use for my workout poles. Ditch with it for 30 minutes a day three times a week, and it'll do amazing things for your arms, biceps and shoulders.

Plus, I can teach you some preemptive old man tricks. *grin*

Still have them, but they are the light ones - not really good for workout poles. Work fine for fighting poles, though.

Hey Chris, i can find some stuff out at work that you can do. I work with a personal trainer, and am friends with at least one other. I can see if they can make up a home routine for you, give you some pointers. As for food, you could do what i am and give up processed sugars. It truely does help. And eating alot less processed foods, if you can help it. or just adding a multivitamin to your daily intake to get you all the nutrients you may be missing in your diet. wow, i sound like a bad commerical. All this can be yours for the low low price of... sorry, im a little hyper.

Well, theres no way i could really give up processed sugars, to addicted.

Tho, i do like the idea about the multi vitamin, are you taking those right now? dont really know what a good brand to get are...

Also, if you would talk to your friendzors at work, and get some info for me, I would be uber happy with that....

and on top of all that, im not even sure what kinda stuff is proccesed and has processed sugar thats in my diet... theres the obvious soda's and candy and whatnot, but i dont really know what else! wheeeeee!

i've got an extra bottle of my multi, its called Bio-Glycozyme. I can give it to you. Its a one month supply, but I can get it cheaper. Its recommended by my doctor, so you know its good. :) I'll bring it with me this weekend. As to processed sugars, its really not all that hard to know what is and what isn't. And if you remember, i was just as addicted, if not more than you were. I just had a serious medical scare that set me straight. you don't give up sugar, per se, you give up processed white sugar. that means you still can get sweets, you just have to find them with 100%juices instead of cocktails, honey and molasses in coffee/tea instead of regular sugar. canned fruit in its own juice, not syrup. Just small changes and you can live with it. whatever you do, do not go cold turkey. you will never make it. this is why im slowing eliminating stuff, not denying everything. And you will feel sooooo much better. its been almost 3 months and i feel better than i have in a long time. And last, i'll talk to my coworkers, to see about a ( ... )
