As many of you know, I have had a hell of a time trying to find a qualified babysitter. One of the avenues I have used is Kijiji. Here is the advertisement I have had posted for several months:

Ah, my Canadian is showing. Offence is Canadian/UK/Commonwealth spelling (http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/offense.html). Not that I don't make mistakes - I most certainly do!

My issue isn't with a single word or typos or the like. It is the utter lack of effort to capitalized, punctuate or use spell-check.

It's all about attention to detail and respect. I totally get it.

But I still think you should offer her an interview. For kicks, so you can reject her.
