Technically, not wanting to hire someone based on poor spelling/grammer and net-speak isn't judging a book by its cover. You're judging the words, which would be the content. If you flipped through a book that was filled with spelling mistakes and wrds lk ths, you wouldn't buy it. Same thing. Bitches.
