a: Surgery in the morning.... please don't make me go?

i. I've been informed that I will be picked up by my Dad.  Physically picked up ...and dragged kicking and screaming if necessary.

ii. Should be out of the hospital by Sat afternoon but will likely be heavily

Now that it's after the surgery... it occurs to me... shouldn't we be wishing the *surgeon* good luck?... cause really, I couldn't influence much from my position. lol

We would not know which one you get and how to reach them and wish them luck anyway.

My Surgeon was totally awesome... He was such a sweet heart too, holding my hand and telling me jokes when I was freaking out...lol. He seems to have done what he was supposed to do, but I wish I could've spoken to him to make sure it went well. The size of the holes in the back of my throat are *HUGE* and very very deep... I'm wondering if this was expected. If he did speak to me afterward, I don't remember it. I just remember freaking out upon awakening because there was something tied around my neck and a tube down my throat and I couldn't breathe....it was scary.
