I think it would be hilarious/refreshing if just for once there was someone whose attitude was "I plan my life ahead, several weeks at a time, not always doing whatever I want whenever I want, living each day knowing I'll probably have shit to do tomorrow".

Now that would REALLY not be following the crowd.
