The hubby is in Portland, and has been since February. I'll be moving in about 6 weeks. We put our house on the market here in Buffalo, and accepted an offer. The tentative closing date is October 4th. (NY has long closing periods, apparently.) We put an offer on a house in Portland, and it was accepted. That
