Hmm, we had london broil, though mel cooked it too much for my taste...but it was nummy none the less. He'd seasoned it with salt/pepper and lime.

I haven't switched flavors but I'm trying all types of cuts. Though our fav is "ugly steaks" at our butcher that somehow I think are a mix of a tri-tip, flank area. I need to consult alton again to see but they are delicious.
