I'm being a totaly homo and doing the special K challenge thingy ( not the drug, the cereal) and walking two miles a day to start. I packed on so much weight when I got pregnant, so now I'm trying to lose it all...beh. I've struggled with Anorexia for years, so i'm trying to diet without getting out of control...which always ends up happening...whatever. Ya, so I'm drinking lots of green tea, eating special k, and I quit smoking (day 3 of no smokey for me, and I could fucking MURDER!!) I'm also going to start on the macrobiotic diet, or at the very least a strict vegetarian diet again ( I will, however, continue to eat seafood minus the tuna. Whats good of Nivec is good enough for me:) Sooooooooooo, good luck hun, lemme know how the diet goes:)
DAMN YOU POSTOFFICE! (shakes an angry fist) screw the post office, in the eye. and diets? hm, I'd say, drink LOTS of water. and give up sweets. I'm on a diet also, because mother dear told me I'm fat. >.< bitch. eh, anywho. ♥
um, so ive heard that eating grapefruit at any oppurtunity helps losing weight. its too nasty or id do it. you should sell some of your old dreads or something. because i always loved your hair. and i like the dreads. and i might want to buy them ya know. ^.* lol
antioxidants..like green tea and cranberry juice combo is really yummy...keep things light and eat a lot of small meals a day instead of large ones, it speeds up for metabolism... eat slowly..you get full faster when you take yur time, and it helps cut down on your portions and stay away from empty calories..drink milk,never skip breakfast,eat some fruit and nuts... chose one day in the week you treat yourself to all those things youve been craving..it's such a great reward ^.^

Yes, def. replace soda/beverages w/added sugars with water.
That by itself will help you lose lots of water weight.
