I need help from the fellow film-makers out there..aka blake, steve, albert, whoever the hell reads this.

Soo I'm editing my movie, which is due next week, and I realize that I have this nasty glare on footage. Except it's not a glare; my lens must have been foggy or something. I can't film the movie all over again because it was during the ( Read more... )

that sounds like a problem beyond technology, in the realm only rationalization can solve. say you were attempting to emote the haze through which we all saw the terrible reality of nature's destruction.

but i've never used premiere.

the fog is basically acting as a factor that'l lighten and desaturate your image a bit. i'd say mess with the levels a little. that worked for me last time i had fog.

under video effects you should have "adjust -> levels" or something similar. use that effect on your video and when messing with the properties:

drag the black slider on your "input section" to the right a bit, or until you get the desired effect.
that may help, if it doesn't...just ask again and i'll see what i can do.

Ahh it doesn't work; stupid thing is still there. I don't think there's anything I can do about it. Not even black&white works.
