**Autopsy**

I just got done reading the story by Stephen King "Autopsy Room Four" out of the book "Everything's Eventual" about the guy who is paralized to the point where the doctor's think he's dead and then have to suffer through an autopsy, not being able to cry out or anything.....I wonder how often that really happens in real life....Hmmmmm....

the idea that this could happen sounds great...i would love to have this happen to me...what a way to go....to die after/during your own autopsy...bring it on
meantime i'll buy the book ;)

That was an old Twilight Zone short film ! The doctor doing the autopsy nearly stopped it cos he noticed the guy was crying, the tear coming down his cheek, but the doctor just put it down to water dripping from the ceiling or something along those lines...

Ya, I remember that....:). In this story they do realize he is alive because one of doctors comes running in saying he was bit by a snake and that he was just paralized RIGHT before they start cutting into him with surgical scissors...OUCH!!!.....hehe.

Well he was paralized to the point whereas he didnt have a pulse.....Don't ask me how he stayed alive without a pulse....He was just so paralized. You know how in Romeo and Juliete he drinks that stuff so people thinks he is dead?.....It's kinda like that paralysis....:).
