Hot shower always helps. I also have a shampoo that has menthol that works wonders as well. :)

Really? What's that called?....I think I need some of that Herbal Essence shampoo to completly clear my head...lol...;).

it is called ice cap by Graham Webb. I think they sell it a saloons. I think my mother picked it up but she doesnt use it any more, and i need a shampoo so i started using it.
