Work training day

So, on Friday we're not going to be in the office, we're going to be on a 'training day'. We're, apparently, going to learn all about customer relationship management and there will be 'roleplaying scenarios' involved. I get the feeling though, that when they're talking about using tact and diplomacy, they won't mean the ones hanging from my LT
